He comments on their 25% growth in sales over the last two years and the changing nature of their target customer:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The original customer was the natural organic person. Then the foodie customer came in. That customer started to come in because we had good, fresh food. We had fresh fruits and vegetables and good fresh meats. Now with the Millennials coming in, they are interested in things like fair trade and whole trade. What we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve seen is that our customer has become more ethnically diverse as well. People think well it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s just rich white people. No it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actually not. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s students and people of all ethnicities that are interested in health.
